Homer is an amazing cross between developer, writer, guru, and lead. He is a gifted writer who can adapt to any writing environment and for any user. He has the vision to lay a solid and long-lived foundation of an online help project. He foresees issues and works to solve them before they can become a problem for the team or the client.
